    Default Favourite shows..past or present.

Name a few of your favourite type of shows you like to watch on tv.

    Mine:-

    1. Knight rider (great as a kid to watch but never like the modern ones)

    2. Quantum leap (brilliant show and needs to come back)

    3. Red dwarf (stopped watching it after the episode rimmer went in the time machine, all the later/modern ones were crap)

    4. Columbo (love this..never tiring)

    5. Office (inc american version..only seen up to season 5)

If im not watching repeats of the above, any decent documentaries about nature and etc is what i like to learn about...youtube has some great info.

    What are yours?

Shows I enjoyed in chronological order..

Air Wolf- this super helipcopter fascinated me as a child.. first season is classic..

Married with children - is probably the first comedy show that me laugh my ass off.. the jokes that al bundy made were so different compared to other tv characters and was so funny to me because he had the kind of jokes that real life kids would use on school playgrounds.. it was corny , sexist, cheesy but funny as fuck. This show is special to me because I was going through puberty at the time and got so excited whenever a hot chick would come out.. I recorded all the episodes on vhs especially the ones thst had some hot broad in it... married with childten is the shit..

Wonder Years...... I grew up with this show.. went from a kid to a teenager while watching WY..

Then I stopped watching tv during my teenage years cuz I was busy exploring life outside...

The Sopranos is the first show I got into years later..

Didn't want to admit to Wonder Years as I didn't want to look like a girl but if you can do it I guess I can too. Winnie was cute
Forgot about Married with Children. Crush on Christina Applegate along with Daisy Duke from Dukes of Hazard earlier on.
I see a theme here. Maybe I was just a perverted kid.

Fucking hell! How did I miss Alan Partridge? An absolute hero. Fawlty Towers also.

    Both great programmes.

Ideal - Johnny Vegas is a genius and Moz was a great character.

MASH - even the theme music was full of Pathos.(great cover by the manics) brilliant cast.

Arena,Horizon,The South Bank Show - Imagine tries but Yentob is a bit sycophantic.

Absolutely - essential cult viewing, Mr George and Mr Don and Denzil and Gwynethddddd were hilarious.

The Winter Paralympics - The limbless luge is a hoot and everybody turning into Yentob and sucking up to Putin is hilarious.

Who remembers the Adventure Game on bbc?

Weird as fuck game show where the plants used to wobble and make a strange noise and the final test was called the Vortex, a kind of draughts match with one contestant against an invisible alien thing?
