It was announced earlier today that former world champions Kazuto Ioka (14-1, 9) and Ryo Miyazaki (20-1-3, 11) would be making their ring return on September 16th.

Ioka, a former WBA Light Flyweight and unified WBA/WBC Minimumweight champion, was last seen in the ring in May losing to IBF Flyweight champion Amnat Ruenroeng He will be fighting against WBA #14 ranked Flyweight Pablo Carrillo (15-2-1, of Colombia. This will be Ioka's second fight at Flyweight and, if he wins, he will be looking towards another world title fight at the end of the year, possibly against the winner of the upcoming WBA fight between Juan Carlos Reveco (34-1, 1 and Yodmongkol Vor Saengthep (34-2, 20).

As for Miyazaki, the former WBA Minimumweight, he's being given an easier contest as he fights Indonesian foe Ichal Tobida (10-12, . Of course for Miyazaki this will be his first bout since his embarrassing stoppage loss to Fahlan Sakkreerin Jr at the very end of last year. Although Miyazaki has been out of the ring he will still be expected to make light work of Tobida who was last seen being stopped in 6 rounds by Sonny Boy Jaro in June.

From what we understand Miyazaki's bout will also be fought at Flyweight.
