Kosei Tanaka (3-0, 1) will return to the ring on October 30th to fight against OPBF Minimumweight champion Ryuji Hara (18-0, 10).

Hara, ranked WBO #3, WBA #4, IBF #5 and WBC #5, is a stablemate of Naoya Inoue though many have gone on to describe Tanaka as being an equally as talented youngster as Inoue. In fact the odds are that if Tanaka beats Hara here he will be moved onto a world title fight at the start of 2015 in an attempt to break Inoue's Japanese national record.

Managed by Kiyoshi Hatanaka some in Japan have suggested that Tanaka could have tied Muangsurin and Lomachenko's world record were it not for some domestic Japanese rules.
