Default SCRAP, what is this thumb thing he keeps going on about?

Does he mean the snap you get from turning your fist over?

Does he not know what he means?

OMG another thread where you asks for help and insult the person your asking. My 7 year old boy can contain his emotions better than that. Angry, frustrated man. You will never learn shit in boxing with an attitude like yours no one will teach you.

Scrap trying to teach this guy anything is like trying to explain mathmatics to a dog mate.

Unfortunately he posted it on the 15/10 so it says, before i gave out the warning otherwise I would ban him for life.
I was quiet looking forwards to that then .

it'll happen, I only have to be in a bad mood one day.

Its all to do with the Kinetic link the thumb has in the body.

Do you mean if we didnt have thumbs, there would of been no reason for us to turn our wrists and arms around to grab certain things on certain angles and its that same group that allows us to turn them all into a punch sequence?

One of the reasons, but it also applies to the hips, tfl which governs the posterior chain.

I still dont quiet follow mate.
How does the thumb relate to the hip and that little muscle on the outside of it?

Stand normal with arms out in front shoulder level, knees slightly bent, palms of hand looking up. Quickly turn them down. After quickly turn them up, what happens .
