rod selka was busy.... no rematch

i believe haymon has both these guys. He collects double the fee. no matter who wins, he wins, no matter who loses theyre still on contract (he wins)
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

I think he should stay atop of 140 for as long as he can. Everyone at 147 is bigger and stronger then him. When your best asset is power the last thing you wanna do is go up cause the power might not follow..

I used to think this Maravilla, but how many more fights does Danny have at 140?

Perhaps another year at 140 wont hurt as long as he has three fights this year.

The Peterson fight has been talked about for a while now so I'm fine with the fight. He needs to move up after though.

You're right that he might not be able to make the weight anymore as he has said I just think he loses as soon as he steps up. He relies on the left hook too much and will lose to guys like Thurman , Brook , Bradley. Etc

Somehow Peterson got a trinket so I guess he wants to unify.

But yeah the action is happening at 147 now. I wouldn't mind seeing him beating Jessie Vargas, and maybe Broner and Provodnikov. But other than that, who cares about 140 right now?

This is a damn good fight for Garcia, with a respectable opponent. Much better than his last fight.

Not sure why anyone would complain about this fight.(except for the catch weight issue)

What has happened with Petersons low testosterone charade? has he carte blanche to top up and not be labelled a juicer? or has his condition mysteriously resolved itself?

Not too unhappy about this fight happening, Garcia got slated for fighting Salka and Herrera, so Peterson is a legit fight. EXCEPT.......... if it's a catch weight. THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!
