Memo is an expert on passing other PED tests, but he has the people he works with avoid VADA for some reason.

VADA is less expensive than other testing, and yet it catches more PED cheats. It's $8000 compared to the $35,000 for the testing Pascal claims he wants.

I have no idea, but until there is something consistent across the sport in all major title fights, I don't think it's fair to single anyone out for refusing anything when it doesn't have major implications for them.
I absolutely hate going to the doctor or having blood taken, if I were a millionaire and had to do so for work, I would gladly waste thousands to avoid it, and not just because I could never pass a drug test

Because if anyone that's on PED's it is him. Just look at him.

Pascal, Berto, Manny before the loss to Marquez, Shane Mosely, Deontay Wilder, Wlad Klitchsko, Rigondeaux and a few others, you can tell quite clearly that it is not a regular male physique- it is contrived. Some a little, like Rigondeaux, and some a lot, like Berto and Pascal.

Wlad thinks we didn't see how he just chiselled up so much at this stage of his career. But we saw that Wlad... you were never that defined earlier on.
