Hate you lost but good on you for hanging in there with the bigger guy. Keep up your training and diet and you'll keep improving

Dont get on much these days but always reading. Unlucky on the loss Tam. I'd say it's awesome you step beyond the ropes pal, not many on here do I bet. I think stepping beyond them ropes is one of the most brilliant things a man can achieve. A friend of mine started a year or so back, inspiring it is..... Good times ahead and best of luck with sticking at it and the rest of the training pal.....
Cheers mate I'm hungry as ever. Three of the people I lost to were big lads, physically bigger than me, I should have won one of them though. And all very good, no easy matches at all and they all know they had their toughest fights. I've had nothing but praise of their coaches , even though I lost I have learnt from it. I'm back in the gym tomorrow and diet starts Monday, just got a juicer this weekend so going to have a plays with that this week.
Always nice to hear your updates, win or lose the North American Tam fan club remains loyal. Membership is a little low but I continue to have weekly meetings with myself.
