    Default Al Haymon's BS!

How long will the sanctioning bodies, other promoters, networks and fans accept his schtick?!?!

    How long??

Dong King, while he ripped fighter off, made fights. Arum made fights. Haymon? He has made more money off of not making fights. And, as a result of him not wanting to make fights, he does not give the public what they want to see!!

I don't think we have the full story on Hayman yet. Sometimes I get the impression he's too smart, too slick, and too connected. Other times, like this last weekend and this coming Friday, I think he's just what boxing needs.
His name also reminds me Sammy Davis Jr. Hayman, hey man, say man. Say man, ya got a lite? Hey man, ya got a quarter? I hear his name and I want to grab my wallet! Know what I mean?

He's going to have a world of aggravation trying to keep 170 fighters busy.

Exactly. At least for the short haul we may be in for a treat for 2 or 3 years. Best not throw the baby out with the bath water.

Got to disagree, he seems to look after his fighters pretty well and they all seem very happy.

sorry but what is coming this Friday, my work schedule changed and I lost track. I'm working Friday eve so if something big is happening I may need to talk to Al about rescheduling.

3.4 million people watched his fight this past Saturday and it didn't cost a penny to watch cause it was on free tv.

    What a scumbag!

Good, it had a decent share. When I looked it up it hadn't been announced yet. .

I believe I read that it's the highest rated boxing telecast since De La Hoya fought in 1998.

I wouldn't worry about him, I'm thinking he is an excellent delegator. I wonder what he concentrates on, venues or putting the fights together.
Unrelenting stress in every way, everyday to keep the monster he's created moving forward. I would not want that job.
He's probably one of those guys that loves it.

That's right, forgot it was Friday, perhaps I'll get home in time to see some of it. Lopez is the kinda guy you always wanna see win but have your doubts. I'm interested to see if Her to still has any future in the ring. Haymon is making the first move in getting boxing mainstream and opening his pocket book to do so, can't say he's all bad.
