Not really, your training regime is specific to you, your height weight, age and general fitness level as well as the amount of time you have available and the effort you are prepared to put in.

If I posted Mike Tyson's work out or something, it probably wouldn't see you.

Training is always specific to the indiovidual.

What makes you believe you haven't found it? It is worth remembering that boxing is something that you do over years; you cannot expect to be "there" in a week or a month, not in any aspect of the game.

for boxing you rele need to get to a gym mate but if ur just doin it for fitness and to build urself up then press ups and sit ups should be suffcient and just do as many as u cn if thts only 10 at once for example do that but try and push urself to 15 then as u push ur self more ull become strong and b able to do more reps of the excercise

one great thing that helped me was a timer. like an egg timer, a countdown watch or an alarm clock or something. i found one at dollar tree. my workout goes something like this. jump rope if you have one for five three minute rounds with one minute breaks. shadow box infront of a mirror for five three minute rounds with one minute breaks. heavy bag if you can again for five three minute rounds with one minute breaks. 2 x 30 pushups. 50 crunches. 25 rotating crunches to each side. some more specific ab workouts if you want. as you get good at sit ups and push ups add another set here of there. try to run if you get time. a mile here or there. this is of course everything i do in a week, not just one day, but these are some general excersises.

Try having sex on your finger tips, that will help out with fore arm ,wrist and hand strength and will help your endurance out both on and off the nest 2.

    ok mate.
nobody here can tell you how to work out, cause we dont know your personal limits. everyone is at a different starting point, and everyone has different determination, ability, size etc.

a good bet is to see how many pressups, situps, pullups you can do in a row and come back to us. how tall are you? how much do you weigh?
what do you want to get out of training? do you want to compete as a bxer, or are you doing this for fitness...
