    Default Sleeping Pills

    I have trouble sleeping at night so i recently started taking sleepin pills and this question may seem dumb to sum ppl but i just wanna be safe. Is i safe to take sleeping pills while in training. It wont effect it will it?

    ooh um i prrooberbly wouldn;t recommend it for long term kinda thing maybe if your having a stage have u asked ur doctor? he'd know
    what troubles r u having sleeping?

    They don't actually give you a good nights sleep. Why can't you sleep? Regulate your sleeping and stick to those times and your body clock will adjust.

    sleeping pills are good for short-term use only. never use them for a long period of time, because then they could effect more than just your boxing.

    Yeh i have had trouble with sleeping pills. Was having a rough time sleeping so i got some pills on prescription. Worst thing you can do trust me. I found i slept well on them and i wasn't groggy or anything the next day.............but when the time comes to come off them, i found it very difficult to sleep. It was as tho i depended on them, so beware it is very easy to get hooked on them and that will make your sleep problem a whole lot worse then it already is.
