So , how many PPV figures do we think this fight will do? Personally, I reckon it'll do half a million tops. I can see why Boxnation pulled out, at £12 million, it's a massive gamble.
A lot of curiousity in the fight, but I wouldn't pay 20 quid for it!

I thought fury was a big crowd puller ?
Not sure they will sell many tickets PPV , or is the undercard a good one ?
Otherwise it will be 20 quid for 2 rounds of action.

Unfortunately, I'm not clever enough to add a poll to this thread, but it would be interesting to see how many would actually buy this? The irony is, that Tyson's no.1 fan won't be paying for it , because he's going!
    So, who is buying it?

If I had a warehouse full of co-axial cable in Manchester I'd be doubling security, one twenty quid sub and another 50 caravans connected.

Sorry but I absolutely despise Sky for this sort of shit

£30 a month for the sky sports package in order to watch maybe the boxing on a Saturday night every couple of days, but wait if thats not enough we will also charge you an extra £18 so you can watch Tyson Fury

sorry but Fury - Wlad is not a PPV fight, this is why I always championed BoxNation, that was £10 a month and at its peak there was quality fights on every week, you pay your subscription you get all fights that are shown, none of this bollocks of pay a subscription for some fights and then pay a box office premium for a sub standard fight thats being held up by a sub standard undercard.

Someone said this before, but it's only £30 + £15 for the Ppv!

that isnt that much, for example my sky and ppv is paid for before my lunch break of my first day at work that month.

    It isnt that bad.

Id say it will do fine. Its going to be a double header with Brook so will have enough interest to sell well I think.

Disgusting and everything that is wrong with boxing!

It should be on channel 5, free and would draw 16 million viewers and bring the next generation of fans into boxing for the next 20 years.

This Jeff Powell bloke consistently writes bollocks. That would have been £12m to stage the fight.

Everyone knew Warren/BoxNation were given the elbow when the purse bids were scrapped. Poor old Frank has refused to mention it ever since. He lost Floyd-Pac to SKY and now Fury-Wlad after putting all the work into promoting it.

If you think Fury-Wlad/Brook-Chaves isn't worthy of PPV you're gonna be proper pissed when they make AJ-Whyte PPV in december.

Nothing will ever be more morally wrong than making Bellew/Cleverley PPV!

As big a liberty Bellew-Clev was being PPV at least it had an undercard.

The worst ever has to be - Haye-Audley. Not only was the fight a farce the PPV was backed by one fight Groves-Anderson.
