I just seen southpaw today got to say I really enjoyed the film the actual boxing scenes were a bit rocky like but apart from that really enjoyable film

I didn't really like it. Unrealistic. You telling me no one their phone out recording the scuffle in the hotel lobby or there were no camera's around? The name of the movie is not fitting at all. A lot of boxing people in it though. Too many cliches for me. The Fighter was a much better movie!

Yes and an exhibition against an amateur where you are a cunt and knock said amateur out somehow prepares one for a world title fight.

I thought it was pretty good but nothing special.

They ripped off Matthew Franklin's life story a bit with the whole orphan becoming LH champ.

Made me feel bad thinking about how his real life story ended.
