How would this one go? Wilder thinks Whyte beats Joshua too.

.....mmmmm I'd go Wilder right now but it's close. Joshua needs more experience but he's got big power and is a good boxer he'll be ready soon though.

Great. a 'world champion' who is seen as still not ready or complete calling out a two yr, fourteen fight pro who is seen as legitimately still green and incomplete. With respects to Joshua who I like a lot...aim higher Champ. Try calling out your mandatory

It's all Stiverne's fault, he lost and now we have Deas and Haymon to deal with instead of King.

It's like when Khan was starting out and you had all sorts calling him out yet Wilder is champion. Makes no sense.

I think Wilder beats him though.

Too soon for Joshua, right now I say Wilder

Anthony needs a couple more high class opponents and some rounds - although I don't want to see him take a shot I'd like to see him take a shot if you know what I mean. Need to know what the chin is like.

I still see him being the main man in 18 months though and capable of taking Wlad - if he's recovered from the savage beating Fury will have given him by then mind.

Quoting Gilfoid from that tat now ? The guy just loves getting out the red rag. He doesn't rate Joshua, thinks it's all unwarranted hype like every other British fighter that he habitually slags off ( a bit like VD but at least VD understands and loves boxing) and yet Scott thinks Whyte will beat Joshua anyway. If Joshua obliterates Whyte then he will suddenly claim that proves nothing.

Personally ? Joshua for all his inexperience looks way more measured, compact, skilled and devastating than Wilder and could probably smash the guy out of there within a couple rounds already. Will it happen ? Maybe because Wilder would mistakenly think it an easier prospect than Wlad or any of the prospects and contenders he has so studiously avoided.

Wilder didn't call him out he was asked would he face AJ in the future. That's it.

For the record - AJ would muller him now.

I don't see how anyone can say that Wilder would destroy him with any confidence. He only has an edge over him in terms of experience. AJ is technically better, faster and appears to hit just as hard. Wilder has proved he can go rounds and is durable, but he hasn't really impressed over the last 18 months. He is still very raw and novice like at times. He just isn't fighting anybody who can take advantage of all the mistakes he makes. Joshua would be capable of doing that but obviously until he has a chance to prove his own durability, I'd be hesitant to massively favour him. So for now I think it's a bit of a toss up. Both have massive power so one punch could change the course of the fight more dramatically than in most other fights, but assuming that AJ has durability and fitness on his side, he's practically stronger in every other category. 18 months down the line I think Joshua cleans his clock.

When I said too soon don't think for one minute I would be surprised if Joshua did take him if they were to fight now.

Maybe Wilder would employ the windmill technique like he did v Audley ??

Well to compare the 2 , when it comes to style -
Wilder is a wild bomber .
    Joshua is a calculated bomber.
    Would be fun to watch.

The one thing that Wilder has over AJ is that Wilder has shown recently he can do 12 rounds no problem. AJ , we obviously don't know about. Mind you , one way or another, that might not be an issue. Wilder is a lot more measured than he used to be.
I can't imagine Wilder thinking AJ is one of the less dangerous possible opponents, just the usual BS really.
