    What a crock of shit this same one person with many accounts at his work and one at home answers his own questions.

    This bullshit has nothing to do with turning the thumb over 'Someone' called 'RockyEinstein'
    I wonder who that is

    ' RockyEinstein' has asked on that forum in the link about power building from bag work,as in 'dont work the heavy bag on technique just go all out for power'. People answered you straight on why. There is no mention of thumbs or turning over hooks in the as usual warped thread title.

    You should be working in class, not questioning and answering yourself on forums or wasting Joe or Scraps time with inane questions that just go in circles.
