Wilder is an exciting fighter, big powers, silly wide.slapping kind of.hooks.and a.good straight 1-2. Exciting confident big young strong guy.

God he's so much better to watch than the klits.

    Aahhhhhh, refreshing.......

    This true.

However, time will tell if he's as good as those boring but effective bastards.

Hhmmm...I don't know where they rank..50 could be!
I was just acknowledging that the legends werent fighting prime young or undefeated.
Does the McCall that stopped Lennox, stop Arreola?
Does the Cooper that drop Holy, drop Duaupas?
Could be. I think Wilder will do as those before him..start fighting ranked fighters we respect around title defense 4-5.
Again Povetkin failed to make a legit titlist.
In relation to Povetkin falling out it cannot touch what put Holyfield in vs Cooper. Except it was Tyson #1 across the board pulling out and Cooper coming in as a TBA third opponent just to save an event. Cooper on his best night was a legitimate big puncher, and he'd come within a bomb to win another strap months later. Foreman was a gold mine after the original 'final four' saw Bowe duck out. Was also ranked top 5, an ATG and people were not laughing so loud after he staggered and lifted Holyfield off the floor at least twice . Then he won the title. I hated the Holmes fight for sure. The event build and fight itself. But he did earn the spot by schooling a world champ in Mercer not to mention fans actually knew who he was

I don't think people should talkmaboutbthe Klitschko brothers as if they were similar fighters.

Wlad was (is) the better technician, much quicker jab, lighter on his feet .... but big brother Vitali was a proper fighter. Tough as teak, granite chin, strong as an ox and nobody ever accused him of grabbing, clinching and mauling, nor can anybody say he didn't let his hands go and let it all hang out.

    Vitali was an excellent fighter.

I totally agree, wladimir was more often than not as boring as boring can be in his big title run but vitali was nearly the total opposite, he wasn't an idiot so he was careful at times but he certainly made good fights. I guess he slowed down a bit towards the end of his career but he was over 40 for his last 3 fights :S Nothing like wladimir though.

Agreed. Vitali was an excellent fighter and could do a bit of everything. He would really let his hands go. Wlad on the other hand.....Well, he has hands, but they don't go very much.
