Default How to train a winner

My old coach taught me that a fighter must have the 80/20 rule. 80% no fear and 20% fear. No matter how good you were if he smelt fear he wouldn't work with you. At a latter time I'll write on his other rules. Upon reflection of his first rule I realize the errors of my ways, no more will I dialogue with posters who I deem fearful they aren't in my gym at least not for long. This is the key to getting along with posters is agreeing to disagree or my case pass over their posts.
The first key to picking a winner is fearless. I was diagnosed a psychopath with sadistic personality disorder which means I've little feelings for other people. However I develop strategies to remain nice and polite.

80/20 is the pareto principle which states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. it makes sense in real life.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
