    Default What next?

If GGG can get BJS at home then he has a chance to unify, grab all five belts and complete his mission. Does he go for this or risk being messed about by Oscar and Canelo for a big payday? Or does he rematch Jacobs and if he does is it actually going to prove anything even if he is more dominant in the rematch? Will make this a poll when not on a phone.

I think GGG should unify against BJS as negotiations are underway, then Canelo and then Jacobs.

Surprisingly yes which means Eubank Junior can jump the queue if he so wishes as he holds the title at the weight above.

The question is "what should he do". What he should do and what he can do are totally different things.

What he should do is rematch Jacobs (it was a close enough fight), burst the Canelo bubble, and fight BJS.

However... Door #2 (3 on the options list) is tightly glued and nailed shut, waiting for something to marinate.

That only leaves rematch, and BJS.

I'd prefer to see a Jacobs rematch. Sure GGG wants the money and fame that will come with a Canelo fight & he has always claimed that he wants to unify all the belts so the Saunders fight also seems logical. Jacobs actually got in the ring and earned another opportunity. Those other guys should be made to wait.

To be honest, I'm not bothered about any of those options , but if you put a gun to my head, I would say a Jacobs rematch, only because I feel he deserves it.
BJS doesn't deserve the payday and I have had my fill of Canelo/Oscar.
I know GGG has got to do something, maybe I would like to see him fight Degale , but I honestly feel that Jacobs at the weekend showed us that if GGG comes up against a bigger man who is also quick, then GGG would find it difficult to impose his fight on him. That's only natural and it's something I've said might be the case all along.
