but @GaMo why the sad face?
I've enjoyed my fat drug addled life, people say don't do drugs but if I could go back in time I would only take them all over again
So, anyway, I was walking past this boxing gym and Batman ran out carrying a large vase.
He smashed me over the head with it, and screamed 'T'PAU'.
Lying on the floor, surrounded by shattered shards of vase, I asked him "Didn't you mean 'KAPOW'?"
"No" he said, "because I've got china in my hand"
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
Well I'm getting back on the hoss so to speak.
I stopped going back in November/December for no reason at all, I just got lazy again, with everything that has been going on in my head the last few weeks I reckon it'll do me a bit of good.
Bit of a random time to start going again (Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm) but I've been thinking about it for the last few weeks and I've been sitting down scratching my balls all day so I figured why not do something semi productive for an hour or two instead of not being productive with my semi.
Good Batman. Keep at it or at the very least make sure you go for an hours walk everyday. If you can up that, control the drink, continue with your reading and learn to manage your stress better, you will bounce back okay. Let this be a warning and respond accordingly. You are not a machine, you are a human being and human beings need to rest and recharge. Good that you took charge of this situation. You are smart, you know what to do.
Save yourself some money and work.out from home with free weights. Check out Riptoe 'starting strength' etc. Gym ball, chin up bar, and some free weights. The squat even without weights is hugely transformative. Short bursts are better than long walks for fitness. Long walks for your mind.
