Poor Paulie. I like the guy, but he came away looking like shit from this sparring episode. From the looks of the video, it seems he was knocked down. This seems to have embarrassed Paulie, who can't believe he was floored by an MMA guy with no boxing experience. Now he's potentially making matters worse by insisting on some sort of "rematch". (In quotes for irony purposes, since we all know they didn't actually fight). He's in a lose-lose situation. If Conor looks like "dogshit" in the fight, as Paulie put it, then Paulie is the pro boxer who was floored by someone that Floyd toyed with. If Conor shocks the world... then it would seem like Paulie would be best served by staying the hell away from Conor, lest he get floored again. And then insisting it was a push. C'mon Paulie... let it go already.
