Salido looked slow and out of shape in his last fight. The inactivity was not kind to him. I doubt he gets Loma again unless he does something relevant.

It was the equivalent of a rematch between Khan v Prescott. It would have been good but Prescott kept on losing

At least Prescott sparked Khan, Salido was struggling towards the end.

Loma v Salido would be an easy and predictable affair at least Rigo brings some intrigue.

I like seeing a good revenge story. Lewis vs Rahman 2 was predictable but I still enjoyed it.

That was required, although Rahman tried to avoid it.

Boxing fans are being spoilt this year with this announcement. It's another dream fight like tonight. If I was to pick two fantasy fight it would be ggg vs Canelo and Loma vs rigo

i think the two division jump for rigo is a big ask at his age. It's like asking Ward to move up two weights to fight Joshua. Rigo is at a big disadvantage but he's such a class operator he could still win. We are going to see how good Loma really is in this fight.
If anyone's good nough to catch Loma is rigondeux and vice Versa
    Can't wait

I love it for the promotion fact and nod to more real fans. Does that sound pompous as shat? Rigos inside timing can be big as Loma has been working mainly off guys trying to track him down. And recently the hands on his hips shaking his can hasn't impressed me much. I don't want to rain on it but Rigo is in fact coming up two divisions for this one right? When it's all said and done have the feeling Loma will bulk and back him too much and score stoppage.

Yea Loma's showboating is starting to grate the nerves a little. This should be an excellent chess match. So many variables to take in account. The weight and age of Rigo are 2 telling factors for me here.

The weight for sure and has to be said up front. Tremendous talent can only compensate so much for the physical, and as we've seen Loma was massive against yet another smaller fighter moving up last fight out.

It’ll be Loma walking forward doing the work and he’ll get the decision. It’s hard to get excited for this fight.

I'm excited to see what success an extremely talented (be it smaller and older) fighter like Rigo can have against Loma.

If Rigo pulls this off, he will be a legend. Yes it smacks of desperation from Rigo but credit to him for taking the opportunity.

Rigo does have the reach advantage over Loma (68 vs 65.5). Both are fast, but is one of them a shade faster.

Teon Kennedy looks to be the biggest fighter Rigo has beaten, and that took a few knockdowns. Rigo always has good balance, counters and body shots that surprise with their timing.

Loma a busy fighter, what can Rigo do against that as he seems used to taking his time.
