The pissed-up micky mouse promoter geezer attended the 2nd press conference (sober), slagged off Eddie, Tony Bellew and others for leading him astray, apologised to Peter Fury then thanked him for guaranteeing his SAFETY in England before he goes home ()

He (Team Parker) was granted the ref change. Terry O'Connell will now be a judge instead of ref (I kid you not, they got the ref sacked then accepted him as a judge ). Couldn't make it up.

McDonnell is a better choice than O'Connor for Parker's team. O'Connor judging won't matter if Parker KOs Fury. O'Connor's history is shoddy. How badly has this fight been promoted?

Maybe i'm a bit naive/cynical but the last thing i would do is publicly slander an official then accept his involvement in a fight.

If O'Connor is such a "shady" character he's been put in a tough position as far as the old impartiality stakes go. Hmmm....

I'm not surprised with the British Boxing Board of Control running things. O'Connor has a history with the Fury's. His handling of Eubank Jr/ Fedotovs is one reason to worry with him as ref. His judging of Tyson's fight with McDermott is another.

    Watched Parker-Ruiz the other day.

Is it just me, or is Parker's footwork really bad?

Parker is still a novice and learning the trade. Not yet ready for AJ.

I hope this fight does not come on at the same time as Linares.

Parker has had more fights and boxed more rounds than Joshua

both guys are serious and dont mess about despite media pressure to do so. the weigh in was laughable. it was obvious that promoters and media wanted a scene. hughie tried, bless him, but it wasn't serious.jo parker is a first class professional who doesnt need or want all the hype. hughie is a good prospect. my view, parker stops hughie. either way it should be a great fight. well done promoters. you make the rest seem like amateurs.

roll on saturday. isnt boxing great

For me it pans out like this. Parker beats Fury. Ruiz beats Wilder. joshua beats Pulev. Ruiz beats Joshua. Parker beats Ruiz he's that good.

    Maybe Im wrong but rarely.

    £15 for this fight ?
Parker hasn't scored a KO win at world level , and the LEPROSEY KID cant break an egg.
Not even close to being a world title fight.
