I've had zero hours sleep. I'm sorry you have to take necessary opiates.

Looks like Ali had his (slim) chance and blew it. Or couldn't keep it up at this level, even though Cotto isn't what he was.

I didn't keep score but I have Ali ahead. Unlikely to get the decision like.

They got that one right, hope Cotto has deserved retirement. Be a great ambassador type for PR and training guys.

Well a possible torn left bicep explains why he wasn't throwing more after the 7th.

Now Fishnets has to promote a champion called "Sadam". Good luck with that one. I'm guessing he's fighting Smith over here next.

He's not what he was. Getting shaken up by punches which used to bounce off him. A step slower too. It's a good time for him to go out.

Oh I know he's not what he was, and that it is time to go. I just didn't know why he wasn't throwing as much. I mean in his last fight he threw the most punches he's ever thrown in a fight if I remember correctly. I just didn't know why he had slowed down so much after the 7th.

    Damn, Lampley teared up there.

I tend to believe the bicep excuse because he was starting to do well and then just stopped. Ali just isn’t very good. It was a pretty good scrap at least.

I had Ali winning a close one. Cotto was rocked a few times. Ali was caught and hurt by that right. Pity Cotto couldn't go out with a win but it's better for the division this way. I was sure they were going to give Cotto a draw here.

Feel sorry for Negrete on the undercard, everything was stacked against him but he never stopped trying. Hopefully he drops back to 118 and has some success there. Was never impressed with Vargas early in his career but he has improved and with his advantages he's a tough out for anyone at 122.
