    Default Beautiful...BJS

    I knew this would happen..

Easily the best boxer in the UK and deserves to get that Canelo fight next.

Boxed his ears off..where are the haters now?

No running..just excellent footwork and pure boxing..

    Agree?

Shocked me. But it was kind of a marathon, sorta like Floyd. But I thought he would have gotten caught.
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

BJS looked great. Very impressed. My only worry is that Lemieux made him look better than he was because of the style matchup. BJS should be able to beat Canelo. Canelo is a decent boxer but I see no reason why BJS shouldn’t be able to outbox him with relative ease. GGG is getting older and more shop worn too so we will see. There are a few other fights he could take at middleweight too.

The only person that completely beat Canelo was Floyd...Lara fight was also close.

In that time Canelo has improved..but in my opinion, he is wasting his prime with these x2 fights a year crap.

No one has beat GGG and he has fought a variety of styles..GGG is still the man to beat and he might have that Hopkins gene that keeps him going for a long time yet!

To be fair there was a fair bit of running whence the boos. Decent but hardly Calzaghe/Lacy. No running in that one. It was like Tyson Fury on a sugar binge.

It’s not running if you are effective. Running is moving backwards without a purpose.

Yep, he fought very well, but for me there was a little bit too much of the tracksuit to make it truly fun. It can be a bit boring seeing someone jump around showboating. Ideally the fighter is in against someone who won't let him do that. Lemioux showed serious limitations in there. He had no footwork or understanding of how to cut a ring off.

Didn’t see it but was disappointed to hear the result. Good boxer or not, I don’t know how anyone can root for a scum bag who puts his young son up to hitting another fighter in the balls.

Lemieux can punch, but he can't fight at all. Doesn't know how.

Did you not see the apology that his son was forced to make after the fight? It was sincere and I forgive him and so should you this close to Christmas.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
