Not sure if he hurt him there but James got clocked with hard counter and stood stock still for a second and gets 'pushed' down. need a replay

Probably delayed KD but we get no replay .
Ramos undersized but closing the distance very well in 3rd, James keeping it mobile and shooting long 1-2s. Ramos needs to get to work that close. Might have taken 3rd. Next Saturday with Broner and Vargas. Actually a good match up.
Two styles mixing well in 4th and Ramos not just here to pad some guys record. Some good moments for Ramos but activity and punch selection for James. James is definitely feeling the pressure. Left eye of Ramos going bad
First full on attack for James mid 5th. Backed Ramos to corner and unleashed. Still he swings so big at times James leaves himself just hanging out there. Ramos starting to feel the waters rise.
Movement and volume of James really stepped up 6th. Head slipping smart, like to see him settle a bit and get behind rapid straight shots. Ramos has to kick in the door because he's getting chewed up outside. James tearing into him late 7th with 3,4,5 left hooks.
James really has a little bit of buzz saw Paul Williams going. Ramos digs to gut of James with lefts and James not so active! Huge shot by James gets Ramos off, scrappy 8th and both took turns.
Head butt cut on James. I'll say it now...pick a style James. He's winning but he's going to pay heavy tax in fights like this.
James shaking his right hand out, Ramos busted up under both eyes but has strong moments last couple rounds. James away from jab and combinations and feeling it here. Strong run by James last minute and rocks Ramos who bores right back in with hooks, helluva fight at the bell.
James had to work for this....95-95...96-94 x2...that was way to close. 147 is a shark tank and James now top spot for Thurman? Nice scrap. Time for a drink
