Default Garcia changes his mind and goes back down to Lightweight

I guess Mikey Garcia changed his mind and wants to defend his lightweight title. I actually like the move as long as he picks the right fights. If he fights Easter then the winner of Loma and Linares then that is great. If he goes back down to lightweight and doesn’t fight those guys then it’s a waste.

I am pleased he has done this as I think there are some good fights which he should win at this weight. Going up and down in weight would not have been good in the long term to his body.

Glad to see this and that he's steering away from meaningless division hoping. He needs to stabilize and it'll be interesting how he does getting back into 135 mode. He and Loma is a super fight the sport needs. Easter would be entertaining as well but off Fortuna I think Garcia shreds him.

Garcia vs Loma is a huge fight in boxing. That fight needs to be made at any cost if Loma beats Linares

I think it's a great move, he needs to target the Loma/ Linares winner. Wouldn't it be great if we got a WBSS at 135 with these guys involved.

Good, always thought Garcia seemed like an honest guy but his lack of commitment to any division had me questioning him.
