Floyd will still make bank off of Pac's fans. They'll pay for literally anything Pac involved. This is absolutely no reason for this fight to happen.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Only good thing about this is that Khan has no excuse not to fight Brook now.
Won't be paying for it either.....or any other ppv for that matter. I've taken the plunge and got iptv now. £75 for the year. Brilliant quality. 8 PPV's between now and xmas is a pisstake...
Canelo - Golovkin 2
Joshua - Povetkin
Groves - Smith
Usyk - Bellew
Fury - Wilder
Frampton - Warrington
Whyte - Chisora 2
Mayweather - Pacquiao
Khan - Brook (maybe)
Absolute jokes. Makes me so angry that Sky and BT is so expensive yet the consumer is still expected to cover boxer's purses.

same here mate, I pay £8 a month for my IPTV (I find it easier to pay monthly than to find one lump sum)
I don't mean to derail the thread but when I see that I thank god that I was recently introduced to IPTV, I think the Whyte v Parker fight was the first one that I used it for, already saved me an absolute bundle in PPV and subscriptionsHere’s a breakdown of what UK fans can expect to pay BEFORE December:
Sky Sports subscription: 3 months (Basic package £40 per month) – £120 ($155)
Sky Sports Box Office: Joshua v Povetkin / Usyk v Bellew – £39.90 ($50)
BT Sport: 3 months subscription (HD package no EE Mobile £35 per month) – £105 ($135)
BT Sport Box Office: Frampton v Warrington / Wilder v Fury – £30 ($40)
**Note: Rumoured and based on two £15 events
ITV Box Office: Groves v Smith – £14.95 ($20) – add two more unconfirmed events from Season 2 – £44.85 ($57)
BoxNation: (3 months) – £36 ($46)
Total cost for all UK televised boxing: £375.75 ($485)
Through 2019, things may only get worse…
I made a sarcastic comment at the start of this thread then disregarded it assuming it was all nonsense.
I’ve now just googled it and this circus actually looks more likely than not.
Unbelievable Jeff
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Whichever TV executive authorises this bout, as the money will come from their budget, needs locking up.
They gave Floyd a multi-million dollar contract and he has been spoilt by it, thinking he can con the public.
People have got to see through this charade.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
We do see through it . Problem is tv execs are in on the con and in the business of making money.
This is why the blow back about Mayweather fighting a boxing novice mma/reality star needed to be deafening and remembered. Unfortunately all it did was open the gates and set a bar. It was a 100 percent hoodwink and belonged under a circus tent not a ring.
Then there's this.............
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2018/09...quiao-rematch/
Look on the bright side stop being so negative. Those are two of the greatest boxers who ever lived definite all-time greats they are not so far past their primes are they? Roberto Duran and George Foreman and Larry Holmes and the klitschkos gave us exciting fights well into the Twilight of their careers as did Muhammad Ali and Evander Holyfield.
Don't exaggerate your disdain for those Fighters so much. It shows how little you know about boxing
Supposedly Floyd wants a tune up fight before a Pacquiao fight. He wants it in Japan. Who would he even fight? Probably find some way past prime named fighter. Someone like Devon Alexander
