You don't get a much more ringing endorsement than that. I loved the first two and look forward to playing it if I ever get a PS4 or borrow the stepsons for a fortnight if I can convince him to go on holiday.

unless you are playing 24/7 a fortnight won't be long enough mate !

I'll have to have a look back and see what Red Dead Revolver game was - completely forgotten it

It was rudimentary but I remember really enjoying it. At the time there was nothing like it. I will have to try and justify buying a PS4 with the Mrs when I next have the cash to spare then it seems.

Has anyone ever said what a great distraction this one is. Fully immersing. Figure after epilogue I can restart with all the tricks you've learned and play the full baddy role. Fully developed dead eye at start would be nice. Or do want they want you to do and go replay the "first" game again.

Anyone ever find Gavin btw . I've seen that guy over 5 States and apparently 4 yrs now.

I finally hit 50 percent this morning.

God knows how long left. Yep totally immersive and I just accept it now. I’ve even started buying new suits and shit - latest one I look like a Peaky Blinder.

Hogtie Gavins pal and loot him, you'll find a note from one of their friends in England, apparently Gavin and his pal have been spinning a yarn to everyone back home about how they are two famous gunslinging cowboys.

Spic how do you know it’s 4 years ?

I was wondering if there was anywhere to tell how much time had passed ?

Mark I think Charles and Sadie say few yrs ago and reference 1899 in epilogue and Jake is now like 14 yrs old . Honestly my mind is blown...even after the credits roll the game continues to expand . Surprise surprise. If you go into story stats they say days elapsed or such.

I got to about 84% completion before RDR2 online came out. Easily my favourite game of all time.

I just love how, when you slow the game down, everything seems to come to life!

    Beautiful game.

It is a game that is not worth replaying. It is a very good game as an experience, but it is not very fun. It is a game worth watching as a sequence of clips, but as a playable experience? Not so much. It is ride a horse here, shoot a man there, ride the horse back (and brush it 3 times). It is technically very good, but it is lacking something needed in gaming. Spider Man was excellent fun but lacking in story. However, Spider Man was the better game. RDR2 is a one time deal and cannot be replayed unless you have the lifespan of a Royal. In which case you probably do not play games but spend your time crashing real cars.

Finally finished main story and on epilogue.

Do the game designers deliberately give you further to ride between missions just to be complete twats ??

I agree with Miles for once. This isn’t a game I’d replay but is a proper unique gaming experience.

Agree with a lot of that, Red Dead 2 was fucking amazing, easily my favourite game of all time, Spiderman was superb as well, fast paced easy going and enough variation to keep me interested until I got 100% on it.

I don't think I'll play RDR2 again though, not unless it is in about 10 years and I have got an entire week to myself, Spiderman 2 is quite replayable though.

RDR2 was the better game though.
