Andrade was looking pretty good but I think he's tired now, got careless and akavov blasted him good a few times in round none and his legs were a bit wild in round ten... he should have done enough damage so akavov won't get back into it, but bad signs if he comes up against the top guys..

Akavov seems pretty handy though goose for him

Hehe he. .. who would have thought it... good job ref bonus is in the post.... set up, they wanted akavov so Andrade could stop him to look more impressive than Saunders setting up their fight later

As I've said before, foreign-born boxers should avoid going to the USA to fight an American. They won't receive a fair shake. Akavov deserved to be allowed to finish the fight, now he has a TKO loss on his record.

Although there were always some dodgy officials, boxing in America has become more corrupt during the past 5 to 10 years than it ever was before. Mercante is just one of several dodgy referees, and the scorecards in the USA have become worse and worse every year.

Fury should not have agreed to rematch Wilder in Las Vegas, it's the absolute worst city in the world for boxing corruption.

Clinic but boring and my lord what a terrible stoppage! I expect better from mercante jr. Feel for Linares but he was just too small. Good for Cano.
