Default Leo Santa Cruz v Rafael Rivera - Figueroa Jr v Molina Jr

Card kicks off on Fox in a few hours. Stay busy fight for Santa Cruz in a division with some good matches to be made in the future..let us hope. Not sure what Figueroa jr is doing with his career and potential but he's doing it slooowly. Style wise this has the makings of a real shoot. Molina always makes for an honest scrap but he's going to need to get off to a faster start here. Carlos Lincona defends his minimumweight strap v DeeJay Kriel also . Not sure if he's really a DJ but when else is there a chance to us that one .

Interested in Figueroa/ Molina (I was a big Figueroa fan awhile back), this should be a war while it lasts. Funny that Figueroa requested the fight at 140, then had to request a higher weight not far out from fight day. Surprise, surprise.

Licona is decent (although I thought he lost a close 1 to Barriga), but I think this is Kriel's coming out party.

I lost some respect for Santa Cruz after he failed to give Frampton a fight in the UK, and since then he's been coasting. Him and Russell need to unify already.

Didn't realize that, so basically he couldn't make the weight. Kid likes to eat and he just hit 30. Not good. I can't fault Leo for playing hard ball in rematch. He showed another side with solid disciplined boxing but both Santa Cruz and Russell jr are in idle. Loved how he came out of the gate with first title win and huge activity level. A fighting champ. All four at 126 are top notch talents but they have to sort it out!

Donnie Marshall v 6'7 Sebastian Fundora jr middles to start off. I like Joe Goosen on the mic again.

Fundora has the Paul Williams bug. Great tall freaky frame but fights to get it inside and swings away. Marshall absorbing a lot in 2nd hoping on brick. Able to land rights but Fundora takes it well.

126 is a division I should love because I love how they fight but I can’t get over how many of them(like Frampton) openly admitted the would and were ducking Rigo.
