I haven’t seen the whole fight but I hear a lot of people saying “there is no way Taylor won that fight”. I assume Taylor did the classier work and her opponent out hustled her from what I saw, was the work amount so one sided as to counter Katie’s class?

    Brilliant fight, non stop action.
The Belgian girl just kept coming forward and took a shitload of punches, her face was battered afterwards.
I had her a clear winner

I didn't score it but hard to ignore the sheer brute force of Persoon. How can someone put in that big of a shift and get nowt out of it.

Interesting robbery comments coming out almost immediately. Carl Froch came out with a cracker on the night. It was a robbery, but at the same time, almost next sentence, he said Taylor needed to win the tenth to nick it That's some kind of logic.

Disappointed Taylor didn't have a proper answer to Persoon's march forward throwing leather approach. Apparently Persoon was undersized as well? She looked like a fucking monster. Taylor didn't go to the body once to slow her down, didn't try and walk her onto a lead right hand as she lurched in. Physically she just clung on to parity with Persoon. Technically light years ahead but no real idea how to implement it.

That’s a shame. Chances are Taylor will make the necessary adjustments for the rematch being the more skilled fighter. So the other woman put forward a tremendous effort deserving an undisputed championship and most likely will never achieve it.

I had taylor losing. I think she needs more lateral movement and head movement. Her offense is fine, but it wasn't exactly bailing her out when alice the goon was walking her down all night. She got the better of some exchanges but was she was smothered and mauled other, she was was trying to punch her way out of a tight space rather than slipping out, pivoting off or using the ring and picking at this girl from angles.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
