never used it, i'm still using mono... i'm a stubborn git when it comes to changing my supplements due to technological advances lol.

C.E.E is not fake, its the best cretine supp out there

if you stop taking it you will lose some small weight due to the lack of water retention common with creatine but hopefully you should retain all the strength gains dependiing on your diet and training
