How does it work?
You upload your full size un-watermarked images that you own the copywrite to and we sell them as a download file for you, we handle all the sales take a small percentage (25%) and you are paid monthly on any sales generated over $20... We only ask that your images are of good quality, not all images or photographers will be excepted. IE: we won't except any poor quality shots took via a phone or a cheap camera, this is only a service offered to Pro and Enthusiastic boxing photographers.
How do i upload?
once you are signed in you will have your own photographer area where you can upload image one at a time or there is a multi upload feature. you can edit your profile page and any images you already have uploaded. there is also a place to track all of your sales you have made.
Can i choose my own price?
Our default price is $50 for a full res image so it must be that price or above but you can choose your own size that you want to upload, we find that the full image size will generate the most money for you but it is your choice.
How do i get paid?
At the moment we only offer payment via Paypal. if you do not have a paypal account you can get one HERE
Will you or the buyer own the copyright once it is sold?
NO... you will always be the only person to own the copyright of your image we are only an agent for you and the buyer is only buying your image under licence to use.
What licenes will you be giving for my images?
Because of the laws on privacy and the fact that you will more than likely not hold any model realese forms from the boxers, we will only sell your images under an editorial license. added to that we feel editorial is the main reason someone would need a boxing image.
But i do have model releases for my images from a multitude of boxers.
That is great and there is an option for you to state this on your image details page to help you generate a bigger sales audience or bigger sales.
I don't like your other size options you offer at a lower price?
That is also fine this is just a default option that you can choose to have with your image or not when you upload it, although we do find this a good option, it is still your choice.
What do i need to do when uploading?
The only thing we insist on is that you title, describe and keyword your images so they can be found in the photo site search, this will benifit you because it will make it easy for the buyer looking for your images... thus create more sales.
Once i submit can i use the saddoboxing name to gain media credentials?
Simple Answer is NO... Jane Warburton (UK) and Curtis McCormick (USA) are the only people we allow to arrange credentials for saddoboxing so you would have to contact them, their contact details can be found via the front page of the site.
Can i still sell my images off this site?
Sure they are your images not ours this is just another way to make money from your images.
