Carney Bowman, the Fighting Pride of Central Pennsylvania, will battle hard hitting Dominican Delvin Placencia in the main event of TKO Boxing Promotions' bill on Saturday, August 1st at the Sovereign Bank Stadium.

The 26 year old Bowman, born and raised in York, brings a record of 13-0-0 with five knockouts into the eight round featherweight bout. His last three victories have taken place at the Valencia Ballroom in York; most recently winning a hard fought eight round decision over Columbian veteran Jesus Perez on March 7, 2009. More...
