Mike Nevitt Added To 8 Count Boxing’s December Frenzy Card
Chicagoland fan favorite, undefeated light heavyweight Mike Nevitt returns to the ring on Friday December 1st at Cicero Stadium as part of December Frenzy, it was announced today by Dominic Pesoli, President of 8 Count Productions.
Nevitt, 12-0 (5KO’s) won the Illinois State Light Heavyweight Title with a dominating unanimous decision win over Rocky Smith on December 3, 2005 at the Aragon Ballroom. In his last fight Nevitt won a unanimous decision win over Jesse Sanders on March 17, 2006 at the Aragon Ballroom.
Said Pesoli, “We’re very happy to bring Mike back, our fans love him. His state title victory was a terrific fight. He’s always great to work with and we’re looking forward to his fight on December 1st.”

December Frenzy is headlined by an outstanding super bantamweight WBC Title Eliminator between Ricardo Castillo, 27-2 (17KO’s) of Mexicali, Mexico and Takalani Ndlovu, 26-3 (17KO’s) of Johannesburg, South Africa.

The Master of Ceremonies for this event will be the internationally recognized voice of Latino boxing, Lupe Contreras.
The weigh in for this event will be held at on Thursday, November 30th at 7pm at Club Aquarius, 2459 N. Pulaski on the northwest side of Chicago.
