Josh Padley produced a statement performance in Newcastle, stopping Jaouad Belmehdi in the second round to win the vacant European Super Featherweight Title.

The Doncaster fighter, who famously stepped in vs Shakur Stevenson on four days’ notice, continued his rise by dismantling Belmehdi and capturing the biggest title of his career.

This fight took place on January 31, 2026.
