Castro Stops Harmon.

Argentinean light heavyweight Jorge Castro returned to his native land witha win last night over former top-ranked light heavyweight contender Derrick Harmon. Body punches put paid to Harmon’s world title aspirations in the seventh round as he felt the full weight of the Argentine’s punches and could take no more. With the win, Castro remains in contention for a shot at WBA light heavyweight champion Fabrice Tiozzo of France’s championship. Tiozzo’s last fight was an impressive stoppage win over former longtime WBO light heavyweight champion of Germany, Dariusz Michalczewski.
