Pay Day Boxing: Fox vs. White In DC November 10

The returns are in and sensational junior middleweight prospect Alantez Fox has been elected to return to the ring as a feature attraction on Wednesday, November 10th at the DC Star Night Club in Washington D.C.

Having thrilled boxing fans with outstanding wins in his first two professional bouts, the 18 year old Fox, 2-0-0 (1KO), will face off against pro debuting North Carolina native Charles White in a four round bout.

The Fox/White bout is part of the action packed seven bout inaugural card presented by Abe Peay and Pay Day Promotions. The DC Star Night Club is located at 2135 Queens Chapel Road in Northeast Washington , D.C. More information can be obtained by calling 202-635-0089.

A native of nearby Forrestville, Maryland, Fox signed with TKO Boxing Promotions in June after an illustrious amateur career that included taking first place in the welterweight division at the 2010 Under -19 National Championships in Cincinnati, Ohio this past February.

In his first Baltimore/D.C. area bout on October 21st, Fox blasted out Dustin Parrish at 1:31 of the first round, thrilling the hometown crowd at the Jonathan Ogden Foundation Charity benefit show in Cockeysville , Maryland.

Earlier this summer, Fox made his professional debut with a dominant, four round shutout decision win over Kevin Kibler at the Sovereign Bank Baseball Stadium in York , Pennsylvania on July 31st.

Also hitting the ring at the DC Star Night Club is a six round featherweight bout as Thomas Snow, 12-1-0 (8KO’s) of Capitol Heights, Maryland will face off against Winston-Salem, North Carolina native Jason Rorie, 6-8-2 (3KO’s).

Heavyweights will also see action in a six round tilt as Laurel, Maryland’s Dwayne “The Big Ticket” McRae will battle North Carolina ’s Octavius Davis, 2-7-1 (1KO).

In a six round middleweight bout, Tony “Mo Better” Jeter, 9-2-1 (8KO’s) will return against an opponent to be announced.

Super middleweights will also battle in a scheduled six rounder as Bedford Virginia ’s Scott Sigmon, 11-2-0 (4KO’s) hits the ring against Portsmouth , Virginia veteran, John Michael Terry, 3-17-3 (1KO).

Three other four rounders are set for the evening with pro debuting D.C. heavyweight Mario Flores battling fellow D.C. native Richard McCombs, 1-2-0 (1KO), pro debuting cruiserweights Walter Tyler and Andre Ward competing in a scheduled four rounder and completing the evening, pro debuting Ron Gamble and Vashawn Tomlin, 0-2-0, will see action in a four round heavyweight bout.
