Boxing In Philadelphia: USBA Champ Mack Goes Back To His Old School

This Friday, USBA Light Heavyweight champion and IBF number-one ranked Yusaf Mack will give back to the city of Philadelphia as he has a full day of activities.

Mack will start his day in the morning at his former school, University City High School in Philadelphia and will be speaking to students.

Mack will be encouraging students that they can realize their dreams with hard work just as Mack as shown to earn the opportunity the right to call himself world champion.

Mack will then head over to Arista Care Rehab facility where he will visit patients who are recovering from serious injuries.

“This day is very important to me”, said Mack “To speak to the kids in the morning and then go to the Rehab Center and hopefully give the message of anything is possible is a great opportunity to influence and motivate them.”

“I have a friend named James Cahoe who was a former football player who was paralyzed and he is at the Rehab Facility so this is defiantly affect me personally”

The event at University City will start at 10:30 am and will run to noon. Mack will appear at Arista Care Rehab at 1pm and will be there to three and is sponsored by Liberty Financial Consultants,
