Denton Vassell will make the second defence of his Commonwealth Welterweight Title against Australian – Samuel Colomban, at Oldham Sports Centre on Saturday November 12.
Cameroon born Colomban, 26, has won 20 of his 23 professional bouts and is the reigning WBO Oriental champion.
Vassell is also due to challenge British champion – Lee Purdy in the near future, but cannot over look Colomban who will be having his first overseas professional fight.
Colombans best win came in March 2010 when he stopped former IBF lightweight champion – Philip Holliday.
He is also on a 10 fight winning streak and Vassell said: “This guy is experienced, knows the championship distance and could be my toughest opponent.”
The bill will also include former European Super-Featherweight champion – Stephen Foster Jr, Tommy Stubbs, Kieran Farrell, Dezzie Higginson, Adam Little, Matty Askin and Craig Bunn.
