Jose “The Punisher” Perez Jr. will fighta new opponent in his appearance on this weekend’s “Bloodlines” card headline by Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. The new fighter is Freddy Castro, Jose’s prior opponent backed out of the fight due to illness
Jose’s comments: As for my opponent backing out at the last minute. It doesn’t bother me much because this has happened before and I know It’ll happen again. Plus this sort of thing happens all of the time in the amateurs. Training camp went great and I’m ready for anybody they put in the ring with me. Right now I’m only focusing on one thing, and that’s the fight coming up this Saturday!
