Piriyapinyo Retains WBC Asian Crown Against Olisa

M-150 OneSongchai Boxing put on a Charity promotion on Friday at Sport Stadium, Sakonnakornpattanasuksa School, Muang District in Sakonnakorn Province, Thailand.

The event was promoted by Sakonnakorn Governor Jarin Jakkapak and Sakonnakorn Mayor Chaimonkol Chairob together with female Promoter Pariyakorn Ratanasuban, to raise funds for National Security Center Funds, Sakonnakorn Province.

The main event was for the WBC Asia Featherweight title, featuring champion “Dangerous River” Chonlatarn Or Piriyapinyo, who did not disappoint boxing fans by beautifully knocking out Philippine Challenger Richard Olisa in the sixth round.

After this fight, female promoter Pariyakorn Ratanasuban mentioned that she was happy with Chonlatarn’s fight and plans to challenge for world championship soon, hopefully, at the end of September against WBA Super Champion Chris John.

Other fights on the bill featured Onechana Sitniwat defeating Saksi PettwinGym in six rounds, Petsuriya Luksaikongdin beating Siulockkao Kor Kaivilat over six rounds, while female boxer Pe tsarocha Luksaikongdin lost to Fasitong Sitso-ung.
