Former NBA Star Kendall Gill to Fight Again.

NBA star Kendall Gill returns to the ring on August 20 in a four round cruiserweight bout under the 12 round jr. middleweight showdown between Fernando Vargas and Javier Castillejo. Gill turned pro on June 25, 2005, stopping Trevor Biley in the opening round (TKO 1). The 6-5 Chicago native was an NBA first round draft pick in 1990. He has played for seven NBA teams and plans to return to the NBA next year . . . Undefeated heavyweight prospect BJ Flores will also compete on the August 20 undercard. He will challenge Cameron, MO native Nate Zeikle (12-5, 7 KO’s) in an eight round bout.
