Former WBO middleweight champion of the world Otis Grant will face recent former WBC super middleweight titlist Cristian Sanavia at the end of October this year. The former champions will collide in Gatineau, Quebec on October 29 as Grant looks to continue his winning ways since returning to boxing after surviving a car crash that kept him out of the game for five years. The fight is billed as a WBC super middleweight semi-final elminination bout, as Australian Danny Green and American Scott Pemberton are set to make up the other half of the final four. Champion Markus Beyer has a defense against Omar Sheika tomorrow night, and if successful, his next fight should be against the winner of the super middleweight tournament happening now between the aforementioned four fighters.
