On Wednesday, the WBA flyweight title fight between Juan Carlos Reveco and Masayuki Kuroda takes place at Todoroki Arena, in Kanagawa, Japan.
Both boxers hit the scales without problems and are ready to fight. Reveco made the exact weight and assured that he is ready to defend his title. “I am ready, I just need to get in the ring”, said to the Argentinean press.
He said that the making the weight is always the most difficult part, before getting into the ring.
In the opposite corner, the Japanese fighter also made the weight. He praised the champion’s style. “He is a very strong fighter, who throws many punches”.
Tony Weeks will be the third man on the ring, while Phillippe Vebeke, Ted Gimza and Prommase Chak Chakshuraksha will be in charge of scoring the fight. Yang Sup Shim will be the supervisor.
Kuroda, is the ninth rated contender in the 112 lbs division, and has 21 wins, 3 losses, 2 Draws and 13 KO’s, while Reveco is undefeated in 29 fights with 16 KO’s and one Draw.
