Dimitriy 'star of David' Salita won his latest fight last night on the DiBella Entertainments promoted card at the Manhattan CenterGrand Ballroom, New York, NY, USA. Salita took an eight round points decision over Paul Delgado.
Salita, of Ukrainian descent and Jewish heritage, boxes out of New York. Having won NYC's golden gloves championships and sporting a decent amateur ledger, Salita has now acquired his twentieth win, his fourth decision win on the bounce, he also has eleven stoppage wins to his credit so far. Trained by former Naseem Hamed handler and current Acelino Freitas trainer OScar Suarez in association with Jimmy O'Pharrow, the future looks bright for the promsing prospect Salita.
