DiBella Entertainment has announced the airdates for the May 19 installment of the extremely -popular Broadway Boxing Presented by Turning Stone Resort & Casino headlined by Spanish Harlem’s Edgar “El Chamaco” Santana (17-2, 12KO’s). In the main event, the Puerto Rican star squares off against Tomas Barrientes (27-9-1, 17 KO’s) of Mercedes, Texas in a 10 round junior welterweight bout from New York City’s Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center.

In addition to Santana, some of the New York area’s best fighters are on the bill, including Staten Island’s Gary “Kid” Stark, Jr. (15-0, 8 KO’s) in an eight round featherweight bout against Luis Bolano (38-3, 28 KO’s) . The unbeaten Stark is promoted by Dash-DiBella Promotions. The card also marks the Broadway Boxing debut of Bronx Irish favorite Maureen Shea (5-0, 3 KO’s). Shea’s six round bout against Kimberly Colbert marks the first female fight in the history of Broadway Boxing.
Bob Papa will serve as the blow-by-blow announcer, along with Steve Farhood and Brian Adams serving as the color commentators.
