Boxing Rumour: Calzaghe – Johnson?

The word making rounds in British boxing circles is that former IBF Light Heavyweight titlist Glen Johnson will be the man opposing WBO/IBF Super Middleweight Champion Joe Calzaghe at Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on 8 July. Should that be the case, expect the already brisk ticket sales for the Sports Network promotion to accelerate through the roof for Calzaghe’s triumphant home return.
