The older generation of York Hall regulars were reminded of another Nigerian boxer Dick Tiger who took apart Terry Downes in similar style.
The London based Ajose also holds a stoppage victory over current Commonwealth Light Middleweight Champion Bradley Pryce even though he campaigns in the light welterweight division.
Such is Maloney Promotions faith in their new signing that they are willing to offer Ricky Hatton a fight in any weight division he chooses. It is common knowledge that Team Hatton struggle to find suitable opposition for Ricky so Maloney Promotions are willing to relieve Ricky of his titles
