Boxing’s “Ghost” Gets Shot At Redemption

Oakland, California will be the epicenter for an earthquake predicted to hit the Bay Area, when Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero (17-1-1 10KO’s) and Gamaliel Diaz (20-1-2 9KO’s) fight in “The Ultimate Rematch” at the Oakland Arena, June 23rd on Showtime’s “SHOBOX: The New Generation.” Everything is on the line for these young guns, as this fight has been sanctioned as both a WBC Championship Elimination and NABF title bout. The first affair was a twelve round slugfest, where Diaz walked home with a one point split decision and the NABF Featherweight title.
