anticipated return. Early reports were that Pacquiao was not training appropriately in the early stages of his preparations for the fight, but his American trainer Freddie Roach being on the scene for the last few weeks seems to have added another dimension to his discipline. Roach appears to have a talent for harnessing the talents of supposedly wayward fighters as he has found success with James Toney and Mike Tyson as well as Pacquiao. It has to be said that with Marquez’s disappointing return against Orlando Salido, the excitement surrounding Marquez and Pacquiao seemes to have decreased somewhat. However, Pacquiao will be looking to re-ignite the interest with an impressive stoppage of his opponent before going at Marquez once again.
